Navigating the 3.0 |

| Purpose: |
This one-day seminar will take attendees through the RAI process for the MDS 3.0 in preparation for its implementation on October 1, 2010. Each section of the MDS will be reviewed with emphasis on new items, resident interviews, and overall completion and submission of the item set. Discussions will include how to link the Care Area Assessments (CAA) to the care plan. Completion of this seminar will provide attendees tools for managing the upcoming changes successfully, ensuring a smooth transition to the 3.0 RAI process.
Pre-seminar preparation recommendation: 'Meet the MDS 3.0' self-study or similar introductory course. |
